Welcome to Mrs. Pearsall's Webpage!

This is my seventh year to teach at Whittier Middle School, and I consider myself extremely blessed to work in such a spirited and high-achieving school. From learning study skills to discussing themes in literature, your student will not only improve reading skills, but also metacognitive skills. I believe in providing a variety of work environments- from group work to independent work- so that your student will learn how to work in different situations. I encourage students to challenge themselves with independent reading books and my mission is that he/she will leave my classroom with a broadened vocabulary, keener spelling skills, and higher thinking skills, especially when interpreting literature.
